Fun and Safe Environment.
We offer a fun and safe environment for men and women to learn martials arts and self-defense. We teach at the Fountain Valley Community Center on the corner of Bushard & Talbert. The class is taught at an easy-to-follow pace by a fifth-degree black belt in Shaolin Kempo Karate. Safety always comes first. Pads, mats, and shields are used whenever contact is possible.

Improve Physical Fitness.
Shaolin Kempo Karate (often referred to simply as "Kempo") encompasses the "Four Ways of Fighting" in its system. Striking, kicking, felling (throws), and grappling are all present. This broad range of techniques will increase your physical strength, speed, and endurance, as well as make you a more well-rounded fighter and martial artist.
